STEPS

Step 1

Send a WhatsApp to + 58 412 9055245 or email to envios@solocargo.com with your name and identity card number to register in our system.

Step 2

You will receive an email with the address for your shipping and the information to identify your parcels at the time of purchase.

Step 3

Send an email to envios@solcargo.com, to notify your purchase including a list of your tracking numbers (not your order numbers) of all your purchases and the shipping instructions (air or sea).

Step 4

When we receive your parcels, we shall inform you via email, and ask your delivery address and form of payment (Zelle, Venmo, USD in cash).

Information of the Service

Air

Estimated time of delivery 6-9 working days as of the date of shipping, prices are calculated based on measure/volume, that is the greatest value is considered. Current rate: 4.5 USD/LbV. No additional cost for repackaging, upon the clients’ request.

Minimum per shipment 25 USD.

Sea

Estimated time of delivery 3-4 Weeks as of the date of shipping, prices calculated based on cubic feet. Current rate: 14 USD/cubic feet. Fragile goods, such as TV sets, glass, are only shipped in crates, which have an additional cost, if not wanted, it shall be at your own risk and with no additional cost for repackaging, upon the clients’ request.
